Flat Bread Engineering

We use only the finest ingredients available. We prepare our dough daily, use only the freshest vegetables and olive oil, and we grind our meat in-house to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible quality. At Al-Amir we guarantee freshness, great service, and most of all an excellent dining experience.

Our special blend of cheese and spices is what made Alamir so popular throughout Southern California.
All food served at Alamir is made from the highest quality and Halal ingredients.

Flat Bread is a popular Levantine food consisting of dough with toppings like thyme, cheese, or ground meat. Similar to a pizza, it can be sliced or folded, and it can be served either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

“Haj” Abdallah Soueidan

Abdallah Soueidan has lived in California for over 32 years, after a brief stay in El Paso, TX, where he owned a clothing business. After he arrived in Southern California, he worked as a waiter and chef, and quickly realized the need for a high quality Middle Eastern bakery. In 2002 Soueidan opened the doors to the first Al-Amir Bakery in Anaheim, CA located at the Brookhurst Plaza. After 10 years of success at this location, he decided to open a second successful location in 2012 in Claremont, CA
